What’s your favorite pen? Favorite paper?
Interesting question! I've never thought about using a particular pen nor paper. I'll use any paper that I can find, and the same goes for pens.
How long have you been writing?
This is a very cliche answer but it's the truth: I've been writing since I could hold a pencil. As a kid, I've always been seen writing even when I didn't know sentence construction nor proper grammar. All I knew was I wanted to be a writer and write stories like Enid Blyton.
Any accomplishments you’d like to share?
Yes I have a few. One poem was published in the local paper, The Star, in conjunction with International Women's Day. And another in a local women's magazine, iRiS Magazine #1. I also have a poem published in The Poet's Haven Digest #4. I also won a consolation prize in the ASiS Poetry Competition.
What are you looking forward to?
I look forward to my works being published one day. Also, I like being connected to the writing community on social media especially on Instagram. Besides that, I look forward to what the future holds for me.
Where can readers find more of your work?
I'm on Twitter @lexwritesnsings and on Instagram @alexwritesandsings where I write motivational and fantasy poems, and on some days, I write "quiz" poems which is a term I created where I write poems based on Disney or Pixar movies or animated TV shows and have people guess which film/tv show best describes the poem. It's all in good fun. And on alexwritesandsings.wordpress.com I blog about my writing journey, motivation tips, and book and movie reviews.
